Cadre magnifique, très belle et grande piscine. On a eu la chance de l’avoir pour nous tout seul car il n’y avait personne dans la maison d’à côté. Les enfants ont beaucoup joué. Cuisine bien équipée et beaucoup de vaisselle. Les chambres relativement fraîches la nuit. Cependant, il manque un volet dans la chambre à lits simples. La piscine était remplie d’aiguilles de pins lors de notre arrivée. L’entretien général de la maison (ex : électricité notamment lumières extérieures et plomberie) pourrait être amélioré. Par contre grande réactivité de l’agence de location.

Wir hatten 2 schöne Wochen in Tamariu. Das Haus hat eine traumhaft Lage. Es gibt direkten Zugang zum Meer. Eine tolle Aussicht über den Garten zum Pool und Meer.

“We had a fantastic time staying at this special property with our family. It is set in a stunning location with access to the coastal trail, sea swimming and Tamariu. Our children particularly enjoyed the pool and space in and around the property. There are many steps in the property which is set over four levels with the pool set in a terraced garden, but this added to its overall charm. It is well equipped and was presented clean for our use. The property management company responded promptly and efficiently to our requests both by message service and phone. There is an adjacent property which is in the completion stages of construction but noise there was minor and I am sure will be completed shortly. Wifi was not available so we would recommend bringing your own solutions, and the property could benefit from some minor upgrading in places but this did not take away from our overall great experience.”

“The location is truly beautiful! The views, the outdoor space, the steps to the ocean, and access to a coastal pathway all made for an amazing long weekend! There was some early morning construction happening at the house next door - I would recommend checking with the host on the status of this before booking. Even with the noise, I'm so glad we stayed here and would definitely come back!”

We had a fantastic time staying at Avia Catalana 2. The setting is second to none. The building tumbles down four storeys, with the garden then continuing the descent down a series of terraces leading to the lovely pool. below this you can carry on walking down further terraces till you emerge on the rocks and soon the you are at the edge of the Med. Then you can walk in either direction on stone terraced walk ways at the edge of a sheer cliff with only the wall to hold you in, the great blue sea and sky everywhere to be seen. The smells carried on the breeze are captivating. While we were staying there was no-one staying in AC1, so we did not have to share the pool, which was probably a bonus, given out three noisy kids! We would thoroughly recommend anyone going to stay at this beautiful place. It really did re-evaluate our idea of the Costa Brava. The kitchen was well equipped with every king of gadget, pot and pan although there was no real oven we didn't miss it. There is a fully functional utility room and plenty of drying space for towels and swimming kit. The bathrooms and bedrooms were really great especially the two rooms with bunks which our kids loved, while our room had a to die for view uninterrupted as we were the closest villa to the sea. Can't recommend it enough, we will be going back every year.
