Fantastic Mediterranean-style house with a beautiful garden, private pool and beautiful sea views! Enjoy your holidays on foot from the idyllic Golfet beach in Calella de Palafrugell!
The house is distributed over four levels:
Entering the house, at street level, we find the small hall and the stairs that separate the night area with the living room.
Going down the stairs, on the left hand side we have a double bedroom with 2 beds with its own bathroom with shower, the independent fully equipped kitchen with access to the outside terrace, ideal for outdoor meals, and also a toilet room; on the right hand side - lovely and spacious living-dining room with sea views, fireplace and direct access to the swimming pool and wonderful garden. Thanks to the large windows, there is a lot of natural light illuminating the room.
Going up one floor from the hall, we enter the night area with two en-suite double bedrooms, another double room with two single beds and a triple bedroom with a double bed and a single one just above. All rooms are exterior, each one has its own balcony.
On the top floor at your disposal there is another en-suite bedroom with a double bed and wonderful sea views.
All bathrooms are equipped with a shower.
On the ground floor there is a magnificent, very large space, converted into a party room with fireplace, sofa and bar area.

El golfet es una villa espectacular! Pasamos un gran finde en familia volveré a alquilarla porque es pura magia lo que se vive aquí

"The villa was in a fabulous location with lovely walks to the sea or town. Suggestions or improvements: Our only problem was that the inside table was not large enough to seat 12 adults - we had a rather rainy week. This meant in order to eat together we had to take everything outside through the rain! The kitchen was also small to store/prepare food for 12 people which meant we had to shop every day rather than being able to buy for 2 or 3 days at a time.

We had some minor problems around faulty equipment on arrival but these were dealt with quickly and efficiently.
