Description

Magnificent house of 353 m2 is surrounded by a beautiful landscaped garden on a plot of 1934 m2, located in centre town of Tamariu, just 5 minutes walk from the beach. Facing south, the villa has direct access to the main street of Tamariu, which gives a flexibility in the mobility. The house has a private pool and a covered and independent barbecue.

The villa is distributed on two floors and a half:

At the entrance there is a hall that separates 2 levels. Going up a few steps we find ourselves on the top floor. On the right hand side there is a garage for one car and on the left hand side - a bedroom with a single bed, a small sofa, a desk and a separate space with a double bed and access to the balcony. On the same floor, there is also a big studio with a double bed, 2 single beds, a desk and an access to a terrace. Both rooms share a bathroom with a shower. Both rooms have air conditioning.

Going down the stairs from the main entrance on the left hand side we find 2 bedrooms (one double and one single) that share a bathroom with shower, and on the right hand side - the entrance to the fully equipped kitchen with a separate utility room. On this same floor we have a spacious living-dining room with a large oak table for 10 people, a fireplace and two asccesses (one to the backyard and the other to the garden and a magnificent terrace-dining area), and also another double bedroom en suite with full bathroom with shower and bathtub.

The splendid garden is distributed on two levels. The first level gives continuity to the dining room terrace and on the second level, where the swimming pool (9x4.5m) is, there is also a very nice porch with a barbecue area and a summer kitchen with a fireplace. On the same level, next to the pool at your service there is a toilet.

La Casona es un lugar perfecto para pasar días en Tamariu con toda la familia, es espaciosa, bien iluminada, con todo lo que se necesita para estar cómodo.
Un parque para sentarse a desayunar, comer o cenar en grupo…mucho verde para que los niños jueguen.

Mi valoración global es que es una casa muy espaciosa, bella, súper bien ubicada bien dotada con pequeños detalles (comentados) a mejorar. Repetiría sin dudas (de hecho ya la alquile dos veces)
Suggestions or improvements: Piscina muy cómoda (aunque de noche NO se encienden las luces de la misma y eso es una pena porque se podría aprovechar muchísimo más)
No hay para hacer barbacoa con leña en exterior, solamente interior y en una barbacoa muy pequeña que no da abasto para los teóricos integrantes de una casa tan grande, pero eso lo suple bastante bien una plancha exterior a gas muy grande en dónde cocinar todo lo que quieran, inclusive para hacer paella (hay una para 10 personas)
Las habitaciones que no tienen aire acondicionado son calurosas …son las tres de abajo, a tenerlo en cuenta (a pesar de contar con ventiladores)
Al internet le falta un poco de potencia y sería perfecto un repetidor para cubrir las dimensiones del hogar.

Suggestions or improvements: Faltaba un equipo de audio actualizado. Había solo uno con una entrada de apple de hace varios años q obviamente no pudimos utilizar.

Casa muy bien ubicada y perfecta para pasar unos dias de verano en familia o con un grupo de amigos. A destacar la amplitud del terreno.
