La localización es estupenda, 1 min andando a la playa del Canadell, al lado del centro pero en una zona muy tranquila, perfecto para dormir. El apartamento es amplio, 3 habitaciones, 2 baños y un buen salón además de 2 terrazas por las que normalmente corre aire. Esta bien equipado de electrodomésticos y menaje para cocinar y comer. Estaba todo limpísimo y ordenado. Te dejan champú, gel , papel higiénico y un pequeño set de limpieza para la cocina. Suggestions or improvements: En la habitación de arriba sería necesario aire acondicionado, los días quemas amor hizo se hacía difícil dormir ahí porque si abrías la puerta de la terraza al no haber mosquitera, entraban mosquitos y con la puerta cerrada hace calor a pesar del ventilador. Algunas piezas de mobiliario son antiguas y podrían ser actualizadas

We had difficulty finding the apartment needed assistance and the emergency number given did not answer. We went to the offices which were closed and remained closed for the whole time of our stay. We found another agent that was open who directed us to the property. We found the key box put in the code obtained the keys but the front door key did not work. We were let in the front door by people staying there. The key to the apartment worked and we found another set of keys in the apartment that did open the front door. We could not fault the apartment. An unfortunate start to our stay.

L'appartement en duplex est très agréable, facile à vivre avec son ascenseur et son parking, les commerces à proximité, la plage à 50 m, et de belles promenades à pied le long de la côte. Il est très confortable, le linge de lit et de toilette changé par Corredor Mato deux fois en trois semaines et Natalia est à la fois très professionnelle et charmante. Quant à la suite à l'étage, avec son grand dressing, sa belle salle de bains et surtout sa grande terrasse avec vue mer, c'est un enchantement (une ou deux chaises longues seraient les bienvenues) !

This is a well appointed, two level apartment that accommodated our family of four very well. The location and two balconies were the best part. I found myself enjoying the partially obstructed but beautiful view of the sea many times during our stay. We had plenty of space to ourselves. The kitchen was well appointed and the place was sparsely, but pleasantly decorated. It was a short 1 min walk to the beach where we swam, jumped off the rocks and snorkeled. The small town had some great restaurants and several small shops where we bought provisions. This was a hard place to leave and I would return in a heartbeat if I could. -Colin

kitchen cloths, tea towels, things like salt, oil, coffee filters and sugar would be a good addition - particularly for short stay, we bought all of these and had to leave/throw away which was a shame

Piso muy cómodo para familias, cerca de playa, de restaurantes, de caminatas muy bonitas! Equipado con todos los electrodomésticos necesarios. Tenía miedo por los comentarios sobre la campana de la iglesia ya que ibamos con un bebe pero no nos molestó en absoluto. Suggestions or improvements: Todo super bien...para poner algo, faltaban cosas básicas como sal, azúcar, aceite pero supongo que fue por estar fuera de temporada. Se puede comprar de todo en un mini-supermercado que está al lado así que nada grave.

Emplacement à deux pas de la plage. L'appartement est très spacieux et confortable, avec deux terrasses avec vue sur mer. Lever du soleil dans la mer. Nous avons passé 3 jours très agréables, tout se fait à pied. Suggestions or improvements: Insonorisation est un peu limite mais nous y étions à une période peu fréquentée et cela nous a pas gêné.

Super emplacement. Personnel réactif. Appartement propre et bien équipé (manque peut-être un sèche-cheveux). Superbe vue des 2 terrasses. Suggestions or improvements: Nous aurions apprécié des renseignements plus clairs concernant le check out ainsi que de la documentation touristique sur Calella et les environs. LE point négatif pour nous concerne le manque d'isolation phonique de l'appartement. On entend tout clairement : les voisins, les voitures, l'église qui sonne tous les quarts d'heure (même la nuit) - avec un bébé c'était contraignant.

The location is amazing. It's literally a minute to the beach and to the town center, yet it's very quiet (apart from the church bells). Both terraces offer great views, and having breakfast felt like a treat. The staff at Corredor Mato were most helpful. They responded quickly, fixed a malfunctioning wifi router within a few hours, and when I accidentally locked myself out of the apartment, someone came within 15 minutes with a spare key. Suggestions or improvements: There church bells a block away toll loudly every hour, day and night. I got used to it after three days, but it did wake me up several times initially. The furniture could be newer, e.g. a stool upstairs missed a leg. Of the two sets of keys provided, only one could open the downstairs door ino the building.
